Overview
Innova Health and Fitness builds this inversion table around a Shiatsu back massager with soothing heat. An angle slot pin sets the inversion level, and the ankle holders and extended handle are shaped to ease mounting and dismounting.
The reason to look at it is the heat and massage added to a table with a wide range of decompression angles. The limitation is the missing weight capacity and assembled dimensions beyond the shipping box.
Who it's for
Users within the listed height range who want gentle to full inversion with a back massager. People with health concerns should speak to a doctor first, and anyone needing a stated weight limit should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Heated Shiatsu back massager
- Three-part True Balance fit system
- Wide range of inversion settings
- Extended handle eases mounting
- Weight capacity not listed
- Assembled dimensions missing
- Included list mentions only pats and hardware
Performance notes
The True Balance System adjusts height, headrest and backrest to match the user's center of gravity, which decides how smoothly the table rotates. The angle slot pin sets the level, and it is moved from the upright position. The massage nodes press into the back in the reclined or inverted position.
