Overview
Collectors who grew up with the original Secret Wars toys get a modern Marvel Legends Daredevil on a retro cardback, complete with the lenticular secret shield. A hooked cane, billy club, cable line and radar effect fill out the set.
The retro card and secret shield tie this figure to the old toy line, which is what sets it apart from other Daredevil releases. The blister card is less protective on a shelf than a window box.
Who it's for
Made for fans of the Secret Wars line and Daredevil comics who display either carded or loose. Viewers of the newer screen versions will find the design rooted in older comics.
Pros and cons
- Retro cardback with original art
- Lenticular secret shield included
- Cane and billy club connect together
- Radar effect and cable line
- Blister card less protective than boxes
- Small connector pieces are easy to lose
- Articulation count not listed
Performance notes
The cane and club join through connector pieces, so they work as one weapon or two. Poses come from the head, arms and legs, though the listing does not count the joints.
