Overview
Not a comics figure this time, this Marvel Legends Gambit follows the character's look in the Avengers: Doomsday film. Hasbro includes a bo staff, alternate hands and kinetically charged playing card effects in a branded window box.
The card effects and staff let the figure act out his signature moves without extra purchases. As a movie release, it will not match shelves built around the comics designs.
Who it's for
Made for fans of the Avengers: Doomsday film and Legends collectors who like effect pieces. Anyone keeping a comics-accurate lineup will find the screen design out of place.
Pros and cons
- Bo staff and card effects included
- Three alternate hands for poses
- No batteries needed
- Effect pieces are small and easy to lose
- No build part listed
- Movie look may clash with comics shelves
Performance notes
Hand swaps let the figure hold the staff or throw cards, and the effect pieces fill in the energy around them. The leg and arm joints set how wide a fighting stance can go.
