Overview
Not a vacuum that drags a damp cloth over rugs, this MOVA robot pairs suction with spinning mops it can remove before carpet runs. The station empties the bin, washes the mops in hot water, refills water and solution, then dries them.
Mop removal for carpets and an arm that reaches into corners cover rugs and edges in one run. The box contents listed are sparse, so spare pads and bags may need ordering early.
Who it's for
Mixed floor homes with pets and baseboards that collect dust suit its edge reach and camera dirt detection. Shoppers who want a stocked spares kit will find only the basics listed.
Pros and cons
- Removes mops before carpet
- Extending side brush and mop for edges
- Camera spots spills and crumbs
- Fine water control for each floor
- Only dock and side brush in box
- Large station footprint
- Navigation sensor type not listed
Performance notes
Edge results depend on the extending side brush and mop swinging out at corners, since a round body alone cannot reach right angle corners. On carpet the robot removes its mops, which protects rugs from damp, and the RGB camera directs extra scrubbing toward spotted spills.
