Overview
A one-piece construction joins the barrel and the aluminum handle in this youth fastpitch bat, finished in light blue. The listing gives a balanced swing weight and a standard grip.
The reason to look at it is the one-piece build and the broad field approval for youth fastpitch play. The limitation is the size confusion between the specs and the description.
Who it's for
Youth fastpitch players moving into league ball who want a simple aluminum bat. Those who need a composite design, or an exact size before buying, should confirm with the seller.
Pros and cons
- One-piece aluminum construction
- Balanced swing weight
- Certified for USA and USSSA play
- Length and weight listed two ways
- Single size on this listing
- Aluminum only, no composite
Performance notes
A one-piece bat passes more feel to the hands because there is no joint between handle and barrel. An even distribution spreads the mass along the bat rather than loading the end. Length and drop decide swing speed, and the listing is not consistent on them.
