Overview
A urethane Dragon Formula compound at 93A forms the tread on these four skateboard wheels, cut in the Radial V4 profile. Skate One Corporation makes them under the Powell Peralta name, and the set contains the wheels alone.
Skaters who want a firm wheel for smooth surfaces and tricks get a familiar shape from an established wheel brand. The limitation is support: the listing offers no warranty and no bearing or spacer information.
Who it's for
Street and park skaters who like a harder wheel can swap them onto an existing setup. Cruisers on rough ground, or buyers who need bearings and a warranty, should look at other sets.
Pros and cons
- Firm urethane compound
- Radial V4 profile
- Four wheels in the set
- Made by Skate One Corporation
- No warranty on this listing
- Bearings not included
- Not suited to rough pavement
Performance notes
A harder durometer rolls faster on smooth ground and slides more readily, but it transmits more vibration from cracks and rough surfaces. The radial profile sets how the wheel behaves on edge during turns and slides.
