Overview
An oversized 6 by 5.1 inch novelty medal styled after a football turnover chain, cast with a bulldog face on a gold rotating chain, made for locker rooms and game day trophy presentations rather than everyday wear.
Turnover chain awards have become a staple of youth and rec football sidelines, and this one leans into that trend with a face plate roughly the size of a dinner plate rather than a standard palm sized medal. It is molded from plastic rather than metal, which keeps an award this large light enough to wear around the neck for a full celebration without becoming a chore.
- 6 x 5.1 inch medallion
- Bulldog turnover chain design
- Rotating gold tone chain
- Lightweight plastic construction
Who it's for
Suits football coaches and league organizers looking for one dramatic MVP or turnover award rather than a set of matching medals for an entire roster. Less suited to anyone wanting a subtle or metal feeling keepsake.
Pros and cons
- Oversized face plate stands out on the sideline
- Rotating gold chain adds to the presentation
- Lightweight plastic despite the large size
- Plastic build, not metal like standard medals
Performance notes
The medallion measures about 6 by 5.1 inches, several times the size of a standard medal, so it reads clearly from the sideline when a player is awarded it mid game. Plastic construction keeps that large face plate light enough to wear on the included rotating gold chain without weighing the recipient down.
