Overview
The ACTBEST is a 16 inch fat tire electric bike sized for smaller adults, teens and riders under five feet two, built around a 1200W peak motor, a removable 48V 10.4Ah battery and full suspension with four shock absorbers. Actbest rates it for speeds over 20 mph and up to 55 miles with pedal assist.
The compact 16 inch wheel and frame set this apart from most adult fat tire ebikes, and it's aimed squarely at smaller riders or as a first ebike for a teenager. Review sentiment splits sharply here: buyers who got a working unit report an easy build and a fun ride, but a meaningful share describe warranty and customer service problems severe enough to call the purchase a loss.
- 1200W peak motor, 20+ mph top speed claimed
- 48V 10.4Ah removable battery
- 16x4 inch fat tires with quad shock suspension
- Sized for riders under five feet two and teens
Who it's for
Fits a smaller adult or teen rider who wants a compact fat tire ebike and is buying from a seller with responsive support, or a parent buying for a grade school or preteen child. Not a fit for a buyer who needs dependable warranty support, since several owners describe unresponsive service after a defect.
Pros and cons

- Assembly took as little as 30 minutes
- Removable 48V battery
