Overview
Black wood and a retro look define this dartboard cabinet, which opens to a round sisal board and a built-in scoreboard. Six steel darts come with it, and the retro cabinet is meant to look like furniture when closed.
The reason to buy is the furniture look: the cabinet doubles as a wall piece that closes over the board. It is a traditional bristle board rather than an electronic one, and the listing says little about how it hangs.
Who it's for
Adults furnishing a man cave or den will like the retro cabinet and built-in scoring. Competitive players who need a certified board, or anyone who wants electronic scoring, should look at a different type.
Pros and cons
- Cabinet closes over the board
- Black wood finish
- Mounting method not listed
- Not an electronic board
- Sisal board, not a tournament standard
Performance notes
Dart tips slip between sisal fibers rather than punching holes, so the board is the working surface. The integrated scoreboard removes the need for a separate one, while the cabinet doors cover the board between games.
