Overview
Not a roaring electronic dinosaur, this Mattel Scorpios rex is a large posable collector figure from the Hammond Collection. It matches a scene from Camp Cretaceous, with swappable claws and a venom-dripping lower jaw for display.
Deluxe articulation and realistic eyes and teeth make it a strong photo and shelf piece. The swappable parts let collectors set up the aggressive look from the show. Kids looking for lights and roars will find it quiet.
Who it's for
Camp Cretaceous fans and collectors who like to pose and photograph figures get the most from the detail. Kids after a toy that roars or lights up will want an electronic dinosaur.
Pros and cons
- Large, detailed display figure
- Posable joints and tail
- Swappable claws and venom jaw
- Window box for in-box display
- No sounds or lights
- No manufacturer warranty listed
- Colors may vary from photos
Performance notes
Poses hold through the figure's joints, so stable stances depend on spreading the legs and balancing the tail. Swapping the claws and jaw changes the look between calm and aggressive. The window box lets it stay sealed for collectors.
