- Lateral rocking motion instead of vertical stepping
- LCD tracks time, steps and calories
- Folds flat for storage
Who it's for
Suited to beginners, older adults, or anyone with balance concerns who wants a compact, quiet cardio option for a small space. Less suited to anyone who wants adjustable resistance built into the machine itself.
Pros and cons
- Resistance bands are fixed length and can be noisy
- LCD screen reported as dim and hard to read during use
- No way to adjust workout resistance beyond the bands
