Overview
An electric carving knife set from Ovente with two interchangeable serrated blades, a carving fork, and a storage case. Built for slicing meat, bread, and poultry with a safety lock trigger.
The set includes separate blades for meat and bread rather than one all-purpose blade, plus a fork for transferring slices straight to a plate.
- 2 stainless steel serrated blades
- Included carving fork and case
- Safety lock trigger
- 1 year manufacturer warranty
Who it's for
Fits someone who wants a compact electric knife for occasional holiday carving or craft cutting. Not the pick for someone expecting a consistently sharp blade straight out of the box.
Pros and cons
- Two interchangeable blades for meat and bread
- Includes carving fork and storage case
- Handles craft materials like foam
- Lightweight, contoured handle
- Blade fit is inconsistent between units
- Some buyers received blades dull out of the box
- Trigger lock design frustrated at least one reviewer
Performance notes
The 120W motor drives two interchangeable serrated blades released by a button, with a trigger lock to prevent accidental starts. Some buyers found the blades fit and lock in cleanly; others reported the blades falling out of the handle or refusing to move unless inserted upside down.
