Overview
A 4.2 oz bag of 16 extra-small Brushzees dental chews from Whimzees, formulated for daily dental care and accepted by the Veterinary Oral Health Council.
Brushzees chews are shaped and textured to work like a toothbrush as a dog chews, which is the mechanism behind most VOHC-accepted dental treats rather than the flavor itself. This is the extra-small size, matched to extra small breed dogs.
- 16 chews per 4.2 oz bag
- Extra-small size for extra small breeds
- VOHC accepted
- Designed for daily dental chewing
Who it's for
Owners of extra small dogs looking for a daily dental chew with VOHC acceptance behind it, used alongside or instead of brushing. Not sized for medium or large dogs.
Pros and cons
- VOHC accepted for dental claims
- Sized specifically for extra small breeds
- Meant for daily use as part of dental care
- Only fits the extra small breed size range
- 16 count bag is a limited supply for daily feeding
Performance notes
VOHC acceptance means the product met that council's standard for reducing plaque or tartar in controlled testing, a different bar than general marketing claims. The chewing action itself, not an added ingredient, does most of the cleaning work.
