Overview
Pour Palz packages an extra-large posable bear with four acrylic pour paints, mixing cups, paintbrushes, a glove and a protective mat. The paint is poured and spread over the plastic figure to make marbled patterns.
Pouring onto a figure gives a larger area than a small canvas and makes an activity for one person or a group. The listing gives no drying time or surface prep guidance, so the finished look depends on following the maker's directions.
Who it's for
A good match for a child aged five or older, or an adult, who enjoys messy creative play with a mat and glove provided. It is a poor match for anyone wanting more than four paint colors or a fine-art surface.
Pros and cons
- Large figure gives room to pour
- Glove and protective mat included
- Acrylic pour paints supplied
- Works for kids and adults
- Only four paint colors
- Drying time not listed
- Six month warranty only
Performance notes
Acrylic paints are poured and tilted so colors flow together and form marbled patterns on the plastic figure. Results depend on how much paint is poured and how the bear is turned, and the mat catches drips.
