Overview
Unlike a plain sound booster, the ELEHEAR Delight runs a deep neural network that separates speech from background noise and suppresses feedback whistle in real time. The small in-ear aids pair over Bluetooth with the ELEHEAR Smart App and recharge in a portable case.
Noise handling is the reason to choose it, with separate systems for background chatter, sudden sounds, wind and feedback. Battery life goes unstated, so heavy streamers cannot judge whether a full day of calls fits on one charge.
Who it's for
Adults who hear well in quiet rooms but lose words in crowds get noise and feedback control aimed at that problem. People with severe loss should see a hearing care professional instead, as the listing itself advises.
Pros and cons
- Strong background noise cut for restaurants
- Whistle suppression in real time
- Streams calls and music
- Splash and dust resistant
- Battery runtime not listed
- App needed for custom settings
- Not meant for severe hearing loss
Performance notes
Clarity in noise depends on the neural network separating voices from background sound, and the fitting formula sets how gain is spread across pitches. Feedback cancellation acts when something comes close to the ear, such as a hug or a hand. Ear tip fit governs comfort and how well the aid seals in the canal.
