Overview
A hinged MDF double frame that holds two 5x7 photos side by side under shatter-resistant plexiglass, built for tabletop display in black. It arrives fully assembled, so there is no hardware to attach before use.
The hinge is the defining feature here: it lets the two panels fold open to a chosen viewing angle or close flat for storage, rather than sitting fixed like a typical double frame. Plexiglass replaces glass throughout, which matters most in homes with kids or pets since a knock will not shatter it.
- Two 5x7 openings in one hinged frame
- Black MDF construction
- Shatter-resistant plexiglass with peel-off film
- Fully assembled, no tools needed
Who it's for
Best suited to anyone setting a matched pair of 5x7 photos on a desk, shelf or mantel rather than hanging them. There is no hanging hardware mentioned, so this is a tabletop piece rather than a wall frame.
Pros and cons
- Holds two 5x7 photos side by side
- Hinge folds flat for storage or opens to an angle for display
- Plexiglass is shatter resistant, safer around kids and pets
- Arrives fully assembled
- Tabletop only, no wall-mount hardware
- Fixed to 5x7 photos, no other size option
Performance notes
The interior is sized specifically to 5x7 so photos sit flat without slipping or curling, and the plexiglass ships with a protective film that needs peeling off before use. The MDF hinge holds the two panels open at whatever angle is set for viewing.
