Overview
A home gym doorway turns into a chin-up station with the ONETWOFIT bar, a metal bar that mounts in a door frame and is listed as adjustable. Multiple grip positions support upper body work, though the listing does not say how it attaches.
A high load rating and a multi-grip bar give room for chin-ups and pull-ups without a dedicated rack. The listing is thin on fitting details: door width range, attachment method and bar weight are all missing, so measure your frame and check with the seller first.
Who it's for
Small apartments and spare rooms where a rack will not fit suit a bar that lives in a doorway. Buyers with unusual trim or very wide openings, or who need a stated fit range, should look for a bar with full dimensions listed.
Pros and cons
- High listed weight capacity
- Multiple grip positions, per the title
- Takes no floor space
- Adjustable, per the specs
- Door width range not listed
- Attachment method unclear from the listing
- Title and specs disagree on wall versus doorway mount
Performance notes
Hold on the frame depends on how the bar seats against the door and its trim, which the listing does not describe. The weight rating applies to the bar, but the door frame and its fixings set the real limit at home. Grip variety comes from the multi-grip design, letting you shift hand positions between sets.
