Overview
PowerXL sells the Vortex Pro as a large digital air fryer with programmable controls, sized for family portions of fried, baked or roasted food. Hot air circulates around the basket to crisp food with little oil.
A large basket suits families cooking a full tray of wings or fries at once. Almost every other detail is missing from the listing, including power, temperatures and cleaning instructions.
Who it's for
Households cooking for four or more get room for a full batch in one go. Shoppers who compare air fryers on power and temperature range will find nothing to go on here.
Pros and cons
- Large family capacity
- Programmable digital controls
- Fry, bake and roast uses
- Wattage not listed
- Temperature range not listed
- No care instructions given
- Heavy for countertop moving
Performance notes
Results in any basket air fryer depend on airflow around the food, so a large basket cooks most evenly when food is spread in a single layer. Without listed wattage or temperatures, heating speed cannot be judged from this listing.
