Overview
Not a wire bound robot, this Mammotion mows by combining all around LiDAR with dual camera AI vision to map and avoid obstacles. All wheel drive takes it up steep slopes, and zones are managed from an app.
The slope rating and wide cutting path make it capable on hilly lawns. The listing leaves out weight, battery life and what is included.
Who it's for
Owners with slopes, several lawn areas or no wish to lay boundary wire suit it. Small flat yards may not need the capability.
Pros and cons
- Steep slope rating
- Wire-free LiDAR and camera mapping
- All wheel drive
- Multi zone management
- Box contents not itemized
- Battery life missing
- Weight not given
Performance notes
LiDAR and cameras map the lawn and spot obstacles, so sensor cleanliness and good lighting affect accuracy. All wheel drive spreads traction over four wheels, which governs slope climbing on wet grass. The stated hourly rate sets how long a full mow takes.
