Nicepeople Adjustable Weight Bench 660 lb

Overview

A lightweight, fast-selling bench worth considering for light home training, though its low weight is worth weighing against stability needs for heavier lifts.

At 22.6 pounds this bench is noticeably lighter than typical adjustable benches, which usually run 30 to 90 pounds for stability under load. That lighter build likely favors easy carrying and storage over a heavy fixed base, though the listing doesn't state a weight capacity to confirm the tradeoff either way.

• 22.6 lb lightweight build
• Alloy steel frame
• 29.3 inch size
• Red colorway

Who it's for

Suits buyers who want a light, easy to move bench for bodyweight or light dumbbell work at home. Less suited to lifters planning heavy incline or decline pressing, where a heavier fixed frame typically holds steadier.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The 29.3 inch size figure likely refers to length rather than a full footprint, and combined with the 22.6 pound weight this points to a compact, portable bench rather than a heavy-duty station.
