Overview
Lounging on a tufted velvet seat with a scrolled backrest, this mid-century modern chaise gives a bedroom, living room or home office a place to stretch out. The frame is wood on straight birch legs, with a lumbar pillow included.
Tufting, velvet and a polished frame make it a decor piece that is also comfortable to lounge on. It is armless, so it reads as open and low. Care is limited to spot cleaning, and no assembly effort is described beyond an assembly guide.
Who it's for
A reader or remote worker who wants a stylish place to recline in a living room, bedroom or office. People wanting arms, a headrest or outdoor use should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Tufted velvet upholstery
- Lumbar pillow included
- Foam filled seat
- Mid-century modern look
- Spot clean only
- Indoor use only
- Assembly effort not described
- Velvet shows marks and pet hair
Performance notes
Foam under the velvet cushions the seat, and the scrolled back with an adjustable lumbar pillow supports the lower spine. The wood frame and straight legs carry the weight up to the stated limit. Velvet needs gentle spot cleaning.
