Overview
The CloudDream Ratchet-7 is a 16 volt cordless impact tool that weighs 2.2 pounds, sized for one-handed reach into engine bays, cabinets and other spots too tight for a full-size impact wrench.
Compact impact tools trade top-end torque for reach and maneuverability, which is the whole point of a unit this light. No torque figure is listed here, so weigh the tool's small size against the fastener sizes you actually work with before assuming it can replace a full-size wrench.
- 16 volt cordless power
- 2.2 pound tool weight
- Impact-style fastening
- Built for tight-space access
Who it's for
Suits DIYers and light-duty mechanics who need to reach fasteners in cramped spaces such as engine bays or under sinks. Not aimed at anyone removing large lug nuts or heavy machinery bolts daily.
Pros and cons
- Cordless 16 volt operation for cord-free use
- Light 2.2 pound body reaches tight spots
- Compact enough for one-handed work
- No torque output listed
- Battery and charger inclusion not specified
Performance notes
Cordless impact tools like this deliver rotational force through rapid hammering rather than steady torque, which is what lets a 2.2 pound body still loosen stuck fasteners. The listing does not state a torque output, so treat this as a reach and convenience tool rather than a heavy-duty replacement.
