Overview
The HOZO S01 is a compact sander running on 5 volts and weighing just 30 grams, sized for detail work rather than general sanding tasks around the shop.
A 5 volt power draw is USB territory, and at 30 grams this is closer to a handheld precision tool than a shop sander. That combination points toward detail or hobby sanding tasks, such as model making or small touch-ups, rather than furniture or general woodworking.

Who it's for
Suits hobbyists and modelers needing a small, precise sanding tool for detail work. Not a fit for anyone sanding furniture, boards or larger surfaces.
Pros and cons
- Very light 30 gram weight for precision control
- Low 5 volt power draw, likely USB rechargeable
- Too small for general or large-surface sanding
- No stated runtime or battery capacity
Performance notes
Running at 5 volts keeps this in USB-power territory, and the 30 gram weight is light enough for one-handed precision control on small parts rather than sustained sanding on larger surfaces.
