Overview
A corded 120 volt Shop-Vac wet and dry vacuum, model 5430114, weighing 19.1 pounds with a footprint of about 16 by 16 by 20 inches. That size and weight point to a mid size canister unit rather than a compact or industrial model.
This model gives more to go on than some Shop-Vac listings in the same batch: a defined weight and footprint. At 16 inches square and 20 inches tall, it reads as a standard upright canister shop vacuum, light enough at 19.1 pounds to carry with one hand but sized to hold a workshop scale tank.
- Shop-Vac brand
- Corded, 120 volts
- 19.1 pounds
- 16 x 16 x 20 inch footprint
Who it's for
Fits garage and workshop cleanup where a mid size canister vacuum on casters or a carry handle is easier to move than a full size industrial unit. Not the choice for anyone needing a compact vacuum that fits in a small closet, given the 20 inch height.
Pros and cons
- Manageable 19.1 pound weight for its size
- Corded for uninterrupted run time
- Shop-Vac brand build
- 20 inch height needs some storage clearance
- No tank capacity listed
Performance notes
Corded 120V operation means no battery to charge or wear out over time, trading that for a power cord's reach limit. The 16 by 16 by 20 inch footprint suggests a standard canister body, and at 19.1 pounds it stays light enough to lift into a truck bed or up a step without much strain.
