Overview
A living room wall or a media console is where this screen belongs, and the panel is the part that does the work: each pixel lights itself, so black areas simply switch off instead of being dimmed by a backlight. The α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 handles upscaling and picture tuning, while the included stand or a wall bracket holds the set in place.
Self-lit pixels give the picture its depth, and the gaming side holds pace with consoles through variable refresh and low latency. The bundle covers the soundbar and cables, so the box arrives closer to a working setup than a bare TV. What holds it back is that the listing does not state power consumption or a contrast ratio figure, and the stand is the only mounting hardware included.
Who it's for
A household that watches films after dark and plays on a current console gets the most from this panel, since the self-lit pixels and the gaming features both reward that use. A room with direct daylight across the screen, or a buyer who wants the sound handled without adding a bar, should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Self-lit pixels for deep black levels
- High refresh support for consoles
- Four HDMI inputs for several devices
- Bundle includes a soundbar and cables
- Contrast ratio figure not listed
- Power consumption not listed
- Stand is the only mount in the box
- Soundbar brand differs from the TV
Performance notes
Picture quality comes from the panel lighting each pixel on its own, so dark scenes hold their shape without a backlight bleeding through. The processor reads the source and adjusts tone and motion, and the gaming mode trims latency when a console is connected. Sound from the built-in speakers is handled by the set itself, with the bundled bar taking over once it is connected by cable.
