Overview
Streaming a show on a bedroom wall or setting up a quick backyard screen, you run this GOODEE mini projector through built-in Google TV apps. Auto focus and digital keystone square the picture, and a voice remote finds content.
Official apps and voice control in a light body remove the need for a streaming stick. Brightness and the lack of detailed listing copy are the limits.
Who it's for
Small apartments and dorms get a big screen that packs away. Families watching with lights on need far more brightness.
Pros and cons
- Built-in Google TV apps
- Light and portable
- HDMI cable and lens cover included
- Wide codec support
- Feature details not listed
- Digital keystone only
Performance notes
Keystone correction here is digital, which squares the image by reducing used pixels, so keeping the projector straight preserves detail. Picture quality drops as the screen grows because the same light spreads further.
