Overview
Not a thin ultraportable, this Dell is a full-size touchscreen laptop with a numeric keypad and an eight-core AMD Ryzen processor. The seller opens the factory box to fit the listed memory and storage, then ships it with Windows Pro.
A large touch display, a numeric keypad and roomy storage make it a practical machine for spreadsheets, school work and calls. The modest battery capacity is the weak point for long days away from an outlet.
Who it's for
Accountants, students and home office workers who live in spreadsheets and video calls get a large touch display and a full keypad. Road warriors should look for a lighter laptop with a bigger battery.
Pros and cons
- Large touchscreen with tall aspect
- Full numeric keypad
- Fast DDR5 memory
- Roomy SSD storage
- Small battery for a large laptop
- HDMI 1.4 limits external displays
- Factory seal opened for upgrades
Performance notes
Responsiveness comes from the eight-core Ryzen chip and fast memory, while the integrated Radeon graphics handle video and light creative work. Battery life is governed by the modest capacity cell, which a large bright screen drains faster.
