Overview
A hot sleeper gets a shaped bed pillow with a silicone sponge core and an Evercool fabric shell meant to feel cool against the face. Breathable mesh fabric lets air move through the pillow, and the design targets back and side sleeping.
Cooling comes from the Evercool fabric shell and the breathable mesh, so the cool feel is at the surface. A specially shaped profile supports the neck differently from a flat pillow, and stomach sleepers are not on the recommended list.
Who it's for
Warm bedrooms and sleepers who wake up overheated are the target here. Stomach sleepers, and people who like to mold a pillow by bunching it, will find the shaped silicone core less adaptable.
Pros and cons
- Cooling fabric shell
- Breathable mesh fabric
- Shaped for back and side sleepers
- Pillow height not listed
- Stomach sleeping not among recommended uses
- Shaped core offers no loft adjustment
Performance notes
Heat moves away through the Evercool shell and mesh fabric, so the cool feel depends on airflow around the pillow. The silicone sponge core sets the height and support, since a sponge core does not shift the way loose fill does. Medium firmness balances head sink against neck support for back and side positions.

Frequently asked questions
Which way up does the REST Evercool pillow go?
The listing says it is specially shaped for back and side sleepers but does not explain orientation, so check the product photos or the insert card.
Is the whole REST Evercool pillow washable or just the cover?
The care spec says machine wash, and the title describes a machine-washable cover. Washing the silicone sponge core is not covered, so wash the cover unless the label says otherwise.
Is the REST Evercool pillow memory foam?
No. The fill is listed as silicone sponge, inside an Evercool cooling fabric cover.
