Overview
Burning back weeds, melting ice and snow and lighting a barbecue are the jobs this propane torch gun is listed for. A trigger starts the flame, and the flame size is adjustable across a wide BTU range.
Wide output range lets the same tool handle a patch of weeds or a stubborn drift. The foldable build helps with storage. Hose length and tank hookup are not described.
Who it's for
Gardeners, farm owners and snow-prone driveways will use the heat output. Buyers who want a ready to connect kit should confirm the included parts.
Pros and cons
- Wide BTU range
- Hose and regulator not described
- Tank connection type missing
- Heavy handled heat tool needs care
Performance notes
Output rises with the flame setting and gas pressure, so the headline range applies at the extremes. Weeds die from heat rather than soil contact, so slow passes work better than staying in one spot. Wind and a long hose affect flame stability.
