Overview
The Flambeau 3003 is a single clear polypropylene bait storage box measuring 9.125 by 5 by 1.25 inches, listed as customizable. It fits anglers who want a compact, see-through box for organizing bait or small tackle rather than a full multi-tray tackle system.
At just over an inch deep and roughly 9 by 5 inches across, this box suits flatter items like soft plastics or small terminal tackle more than bulky lures. Clear polypropylene lets you see contents without opening the box, useful for a quick check on the water. The listing calls it customizable, most likely referring to configurable internal dividers, though it does not spell out the exact adjustment method.
- 9.125 x 5 x 1.25 inch clear box
- Polypropylene construction
- 3.2 ounce weight
- Customizable interior
Who it's for
Anglers who want a compact, clear storage box for soft plastics or small tackle, either standalone or as an insert for a larger bag. Not intended as a full tackle system on its own given its single compartment size.
Pros and cons
- Clear body for seeing contents without opening
- Compact size fits easily in a tackle bag
- Polypropylene construction resists moisture
- Shallow depth limits it to flatter items
- Sold as a single unit, not a multi-box system
Performance notes
The shallow depth suits flat items rather than bulky plugs or reels of line, and the clear polypropylene body means contents are visible at a glance. Sold as a single unit, it works best as one piece of a larger tackle setup rather than a complete solution.
