Overview
Not a heavy control frame, the Ti.S6 pairs a titanium and graphite build with an open string pattern and an extra large sweet spot. The listing calls the swing weight ultra-light and the construction super-stiff for power.
Easy power and a forgiving hitting area suit players with compact to medium strokes, and the open pattern helps spin. A stiff, light frame gives up some feel compared with heavier designs, and only one grip size is listed.
Who it's for
Beginners and recreational players with shorter swings who like all-court play and topspin. Players who need another grip size or a customized weight should look at a different model.
Pros and cons
- Extra large sweet spot
- Open string pattern for spin
- Light and maneuverable
- One grip size listed
- Stiff frame limits feel
- Not for advanced control players
Performance notes
A stiff frame returns more energy on contact, and a light swing weight makes the racquet easy to whip through the ball. The open string pattern lets strings move and bite the ball for spin, while the large sweet spot forgives off-center hits.
