Overview
A gallon-size deep cleaning dog shampoo from Groomer's Edge, unscented and built with surfactants, proteins and thickeners for professional and home grooming use rather than a single quick wash.
Sized as a full gallon rather than a retail bottle, it suits groomers or owners who wash dogs often and may portion it into a smaller bottle for regular use. The unscented formula skips fragrance-driven marketing and relies on conditioning ingredients to leave coat manageable after rinsing.
- 128 fluid ounce (1 gallon) bottle
- Unscented, conditioning shampoo formula
- Suitable for both dogs and cats per label
- Ranked among top 250 Dog Shampoos on Amazon
Who it's for
Suits owners of dogs that need frequent baths, working dogs, or multi-dog households, plus home groomers who go through shampoo quickly. Not for anyone wanting a small travel bottle or a heavily scented wash.
Pros and cons
- Gallon size covers many baths before running out
- Unscented formula avoids masking pet odor with perfume
- Conditioning agents included in the wash itself
- No travel or small-bottle option in this listing
- Whether it needs diluting before use isn't specified
Performance notes
The formula combines surfactants for cleaning with proteins and thickeners for texture, positioned as a conditioning wash that cleans and softens coat in one step rather than requiring a separate conditioner afterward.
