Overview
THERABAND's Pro Series stability ball, sized 26 inches (65 cm) for users roughly 5 feet 7 inches to 6 feet 1 inch tall, built as a slow-deflate ball for core work, balance training, active sitting and rehab exercises.
The inflation process draws consistent comment: it's a two-stage fill rather than one continuous pump, and skipping the second stage leaves the ball under-firm.
- 26 inch (65 cm) size for users 5 feet 7 inches to 6 feet 1 inch tall
- Slow-deflate, burst-resistant Pro Series material
- Two-stage inflation for a firm, stable feel
- Textured surface for grip during exercises
Who it's for
Suits people doing PT-guided core or balance work, active sitting at a desk, or general stability training. Less suited to anyone who wants a ball to inflate once and forget, since the two-stage fill needs a return visit.
Performance notes
The slightly textured surface adds grip so it doesn't slide during wall exercises or active sitting.
