Overview
A fitness balance ball, foot pump and pair of cardio drumming sticks make up this joyibay set, sized for cardio drumming, stability work, Pilates, yoga and light pregnancy gymnastics. It suits buyers who want a low-cost home cardio kit rather than separate ball and stick purchases.
Balance ball sizing is the main thing to watch here: multiple buyers received a ball noticeably smaller than the stated 65cm, with one measuring closer to 58cm, and another order arrived with two different sizes in the same package. The drumming sticks' rubber grips reportedly need reinforcing with glue for some buyers to hold up over repeated use.
- PVC ball rated to 200kg (440 lbs) load
- 3.2oz drumming sticks for rhythm cardio
- Includes foot pump for quick inflation
- Suited to cardio drumming, Pilates, yoga and stability work
Who it's for
Suits home users doing cardio drumming, stability ball work, Pilates or light yoga who don't need an exact 65cm ball diameter. Less suited to anyone who needs a precisely sized stability ball for a specific class or program, given repeated reports of undersized or mismatched balls.
Pros and cons
- Ball and sticks packaged together at a low price
- Sticks hold up well for regular drumming sessions
- Textured surface adds grip during balance work
- Ball often runs smaller than the stated 65cm
- Some orders arrived with mismatched ball sizes
- Included foot pump is basic plastic
Performance notes
The PVC ball is rated to withstand loads up to 200kg (440 lbs) and comes with a foot pump for inflation, while the 3.2oz drumming sticks are sized to add light resistance during rhythm-based cardio without straining the wrist. Textured strips on the ball's surface are meant to add grip on hard floors, which matters most when the ball is used for balance or stability work rather than just seated drumming.
