Berkley Gulp! Sandworm Saltwater Soft Bait 2 in

Overview

A 24-pack of 2-inch soft plastic lures from Berkley, model GSSW2-C, in green. The small profile and bulk count point to finesse fishing rather than a single big-bait presentation.

Small soft plastics in this size range are typically rigged on light jig heads or drop shots for finesse presentations, where a subtle profile draws strikes from pressured or smaller fish. Coming 24 to a pack keeps cost per bait low, useful since soft plastics tear and get lost through a day of fishing.

• 2-inch soft plastic body
• 24 lures per pack
• Green color
• Plastic construction

Who it's for

Anglers doing finesse fishing who want a bulk supply of small soft plastics on hand. Not the choice for anglers targeting larger fish with bigger profile baits.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

At 2 inches, these plastics are sized for light jig heads, drop shots, or small hooks rather than heavier tackle, and the soft plastic material gives a natural, undulating action on a slow fall or twitch retrieve. The 24-count pack is built around the reality that soft baits tear on strikes and snags, so replacement supply matters as much as the initial action.
