Overview
The SKLZ 0124 is a 15-foot plastic agility ladder built for footwork drills, sprint starts and lateral movement training. At roughly 0.28 kg it packs down small enough for a gym bag, making it a straightforward pick for solo practice or team warm-ups.
Specs list a packaged size of 2 x 7.5 x 19 inches, which is the rolled or folded footprint rather than the ladder's working length of 15 feet, worth keeping in mind so you don't mistake it for a short ladder. It comes as a single unit with no bundled cones or bag noted in the listing.
- 15-foot plastic agility ladder
- Weighs approximately 0.28 kg
- Packaged size 2 x 7.5 x 19 inches
- Single ladder, sold as 1 piece
Who it's for
Fits athletes and coaches running speed and agility circuits, plus home trainers who want a portable footwork tool. Less useful for anyone needing a ladder longer than 15 feet or adjustable rung spacing.
Pros and cons
- Weighs about 0.28 kg, easy to carry
- 15-foot length covers standard drill patterns
- Packs down to a small rolled size
- No cones, bag or anchor stakes included per the listing
- Only available in yellow
- No adjustable rung spacing noted
Performance notes
Rungs are flat plastic laid across the ground rather than raised, so the ladder rolls or folds flat for storage. Its 0.28 kg weight keeps it easy to carry to a field or driveway and reset between drills.
