Overview
Twelve yellow plastic rungs and a weight of about 0.5 kilograms make up the Yes4All CKT4 agility ladder, built for footwork and speed drills. It rolls up for transport to a field, court or driveway.
Agility ladders are a training tool rather than an appliance, so rung count and durability matter more than power or capacity. Twelve rungs covers standard footwork drills, and the plastic construction keeps the ladder light at roughly half a kilogram so it packs into a bag easily.
- 12 rung ladder
- Plastic rungs
- 0.5 kilogram weight
- Yellow colorway
Who it's for
Coaches, athletes and anyone doing footwork or speed and agility drills at home or on a field. Not a fitness mat or strength tool.
Pros and cons
- 12 rungs cover standard footwork drills
- Lightweight at 0.5 kilograms for easy carry
- Bright yellow for visibility during drills
- Plastic rungs may wear faster than rope on rough turf
- Fixed 12 rung length, not adjustable
Performance notes
Plastic rung ladders lay flat for lateral and forward footwork patterns and pack down small once rolled. At 0.5 kilograms the CKT4 is light enough to carry in a gym bag, though plastic rungs are less rugged than webbing or rope over rough turf.
