Overview
Zippo lists this item as a replacement burner for its refillable hand warmer, even though the title reads like the complete warmer. The spec sheet names the burner plus an instruction sheet, made of metal and meant to be reused.
A fresh burner can bring an existing warmer back into service without replacing the whole unit. The listing is the weak point: the title and the spec sheet disagree on what ships, and fuel and model fit are not stated.
Who it's for
Owners of a Zippo refillable hand warmer who want to replace the burner get the part and an instruction sheet. Shoppers looking for a first hand warmer should buy the complete unit instead.
Pros and cons
- Replaces a burner instead of the whole warmer
- Instruction sheet included
- Title and spec sheet disagree on contents
- Compatible warmer models not listed
- Battery and AC/DC fields contradict a burner
Performance notes
Heat output depends on the warmer body and fuel the burner is fitted into, so results follow the condition of the rest of the unit. Fitting it as the instruction sheet describes decides whether it seats and works correctly.
