Overview
A scent-infused fish attractant strip from Fishbites, model 059602, aimed at striped bass and trout. Sold in a 3 piece pack, each strip 1/4 inch wide and red in color.
Fishbites is known for scent and flavor infused synthetic bait strips rather than live or cut bait, and the plastic material listed here matches that synthetic strip format. The Attractants category tree lines up correctly with the product itself, so no correction is needed.
- 3 piece pack
- 1/4 inch wide strips
- Targets striped bass and trout
- Red color
Who it's for
Anglers targeting striped bass or trout who want a pre-scented bait strip instead of natural bait. Less useful for species not named among the listed targets.
Pros and cons
- Targeted at striped bass and trout specifically
- Narrow 1/4 inch strips fit smaller hooks
- Only 3 pieces per pack
- No listed shelf life or scent duration
Performance notes
At 1/4 inch wide, the strips are cut narrow enough to thread onto small hooks without added bulk. The plastic-based synthetic material is meant to hold scent longer than natural bait pieces of similar size, though the listing gives no soak time or duration figures.
