Overview
A twist of the plastic barrel pushes up fresh color, so these mini Crayola crayons never need sharpening or peeling.
Twist barrels keep tips from snapping in busy classrooms and travel bags. Mini size suits small hands and favor bags. The listing's count details conflict, which matters for a bulk buy.
Who it's for
Teachers, parents planning parties and restaurants handing out kits will use a bulk lot. Shoppers who need precise quantities should confirm with the seller.
Pros and cons
- No sharpening needed
- Barrels resist breakage
- Mini size for small hands
- Works left or right handed
- Count listed inconsistently
- Washability not stated
- Mini length wears down fast
Performance notes
The twist mechanism raises the crayon as it wears, so there is no paper to peel. Mini barrels fit small hands but run out faster than full-size crayons. Twist down before storing to protect the tips.
