Overview
The adult-sized version of FINIS's center-mount training snorkel, built to hold body position steady by removing the need to turn the head for air. It carries the same purge valve and adjustable fit as the junior model, sized instead for adult swimmers.
This is the grown-up counterpart to FINIS's junior snorkel in the same catalog, sharing the center-mount design and purge valve but built to an adult head and jaw size.
- Adult sizing, center-front mount
- Purge valve for water clearance
- Adjustable head bracket, universal fit
- Medical-grade silicone mouthpiece
Who it's for
Adult lap swimmers and triathletes working on stroke technique and body alignment. Parents buying for a child around ages 10-13 should pick the junior-sized FINIS snorkel instead.
Pros and cons
- Center-mount design keeps stroke alignment natural
- Purge valve clears water mid-swim
- Adjustable bracket for a universal adult fit
- Large, established review base
- Sized for adults, not for children
- No case or storage bag mentioned
Performance notes
Mounted at the center front rather than off to one side, the snorkel keeps a swimmer's head and body aligned the same way they would be without it, so technique work carries over to normal swimming. The purge valve clears any water that gets into the tube, and the head bracket adjusts for a universal, non-shifting fit during a full set.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the adult or junior FINIS snorkel?
This is the adult-sized center-mount version; FINIS sells a separate junior model for ages 10-13.
What does the purge valve do?
It lets water that enters the tube flow back out without reaching the mouthpiece, so the swimmer does not have to stop and remove the snorkel.
Is the mouthpiece comfortable for longer sets?
It is made from medical-grade silicone, which FINIS positions for comfort through extended swim sessions.
