Overview
The Amstaff WV06V20 is a 20 pound weight vest built from 600D oxford fabric in green.
600D oxford is a tightly woven, abrasion resistant fabric commonly used in bags and gear, so it should stand up to the friction of a loaded vest worn during runs or bodyweight training. At a fixed 20 pounds, it's built for general conditioning rather than heavy loaded carries.
- 20 pound fixed weight
- 600D oxford fabric
- Green colorway
Who it's for
Runners and bodyweight trainers looking to add resistance to existing workouts. Not suited to anyone who wants adjustable weight increments.
Pros and cons
- Durable 600D oxford fabric
- Adds a consistent 20 pounds of resistance
- Weight isn't adjustable per the listed specs
- Only offered in green
Performance notes
The 600D oxford fabric is chosen for durability under repeated flexing and sweat exposure, and the vest's 20 pounds is fixed rather than user adjustable, so the resistance stays the same on every wear.
