Overview
The Koblenz P-1800 is a corded floor scrubber and buffer with a 4.2 amp two-speed motor and bronze gears, built to scrub, polish, buff and wax tile, hardwood, marble, vinyl and other hard flooring.
It ships with lambswool pads and scrub brushes and holds a 144oz cleaning solution tank. It does not extract dirty water, so it works alongside a mop rather than replacing one for wet cleanup.
- 4.2 amp two-speed motor with bronze gears
- 144oz solution tank for scrubbing and waxing
- Includes lambswool pads and scrub brushes
- One-year warranty on defective parts
Who it's for
Suited to owners of tile, stone, hardwood or vinyl floors who want a periodic deep scrub and shine rather than daily light cleaning. Not for anyone expecting it to vacuum up dirty water on its own.
Pros and cons
- Metal gears built for long-term durability per owners
- Brings a strong shine to wood and stone floors
- Light enough for users with a weaker grip
- Does not stand upright on its own
- Switch box placement makes winding the cord awkward
- A couple of units arrived damaged or rusted
