Overview
Not a blended pre-workout, this MuscleTech tub holds plain micronized creatine monohydrate at a set dose per scoop. It is unflavored and mixes into water, juice or a protein shake without clumping.
A standard dose of tested monohydrate is the simplest form of creatine to use daily. The brand's muscle gain figures are marketing claims rather than results to expect.
Who it's for
Men and women training for strength and power will use it daily. People with kidney concerns should talk to a doctor first.
Pros and cons
- Standard dose per scoop
- Micronized for easy mixing
- No fillers or sugar
- Marketing claims not independent
- Scoop included not confirmed
Performance notes
Creatine monohydrate raises muscle phosphocreatine over weeks of daily use, which supports more reps and power in short efforts. Micronized powder dissolves more easily, but timing matters less than taking it every day.
