Overview
Not an open cone filter, this Corsa unit routes air through a sealed housing. The case is molded from cross link polyethylene for strength and durability, finished in black.
Owners who want a more protected airflow path than an open element get the sealed housing as the main draw. Everything else is thin: no vehicle list, filter detail or included hardware appears, so confirm all of it with Corsa.
Who it's for
Owners with a vehicle covered by this part number who want a boxed-in filter path. Race or competition use is excluded from the warranty, and anyone unsure of the application should ask first.
Pros and cons
- Sealed box routes air from one source
- Strong cross link polyethylene housing
- Vehicle specific fit
- Application not listed
- Filter and hardware not itemized
- Warranty excludes competition use
- Warranty limited to original purchaser
Performance notes
A closed box separates the filter from engine bay heat so the engine draws from a shielded volume, and the effect depends on how well the lid seals. The listing gives no flow, power or sound figures, so treat any gain as unproven.
