Overview
Angel's Eyes packages 100 presoaked, aloe vera scented wipes per pouch, textured for wiping away dried tear stains and discharge around a dog's or cat's eyes.
These are cleaning wipes rather than a stain removal treatment taken internally, meant for daily wiping to clear dried mucus and reduce buildup around the eye area before it sets into a stain. The textured, presoaked design is meant to lift debris without needing a separate cleaning solution. They rank fourth among Amazon's dog eye care products.
- 100 presoaked, textured wipes per pouch
- Aloe vera scent
- Labeled safe for dogs, cats and puppies over 12 weeks
- Ranks #4 in Dog Eye Care on Amazon
Who it's for
Daily eye area maintenance on dogs or cats prone to tear staining, particularly light coated breeds where stains show, is what these wipes are built for. They aren't a treatment for an eye infection or injury, and shouldn't be used on puppies under 12 weeks.
Pros and cons
- Presoaked and textured for one step cleaning
- Aloe vera formula for the face area
- Large 100 count pouch
- Labeled safe for puppies over 12 weeks
- Addresses surface debris, not the underlying cause of staining
- Not a treatment for eye infections
- Scented formula may not suit pets sensitive to fragrance
Performance notes
As a topical wipe, it works on external debris and dried discharge around the eye rather than addressing the underlying causes of staining, which can include diet, tear duct issues or breed anatomy. Regular daily use is what keeps buildup from setting into a visible stain, rather than a single wipe reversing existing discoloration.
