Overview
Amazing Omega 3 for Dogs is a bacon-flavored fish oil chew supplement, 120 chews per bottle, formulated to deliver EPA and DHA omega fatty acids for dogs dealing with itchy or dry skin, excess shedding, and a dull coat. It is made in the USA.
Amazon does not supply a spec sheet or seller copy for this listing, so what buyers get comes straight from the packaging claim: an omega-3 fish oil chew aimed at skin and coat support rather than joint or heart health.
- 120 bacon-flavored chews per bottle
- EPA and DHA omega fatty acids
- Targets itchy skin, dry skin, and shedding
- Made in the USA
Who it's for
Dog owners managing flaky skin, seasonal shedding, or a coat that has lost its shine may find this a simple daily add-on. It is not positioned as a joint, digestive, or prescription supplement.
Pros and cons
- Bacon flavor makes daily dosing easier
- Chew format needs no measuring or mixing
- Made in the USA
- No published dosing chart or ingredient breakdown
- Marketed for skin and coat only, not joints or digestion
Performance notes
Omega-3 fatty acids like EPA and DHA are commonly used to support the skin's oil barrier, which can reduce flaking and improve coat shine over weeks of consistent feeding rather than overnight. As a chew rather than a liquid, dosing is fixed per treat, which makes it easier to give consistently but harder to fine-tune for very small or very large dogs.
