A tall white plastic diaper pail with a step-on lid and a large capacity. The listing does not name a bag type, so confirm bag needs before buying.

Overview

Stepping on the pedal lifts the lid of this Munchkin STEP pail, which the title says is powered by Arm and Hammer. It is a cylindrical white plastic unit with a smooth finish, meant for baby waste.

A foot pedal lets a parent open it with a baby in hand, and the capacity is large. The limitation is bag information: the listing does not say which bags it uses or how odor is controlled.

Who it's for

Households that change diapers often and want a hands-free lid will use the pedal. Those who need odor or bag details documented should read the maker information.

Pros and cons

Pros

Smooth plastic finish
White cylindrical design

Cons

Bag type not listed
Odor control not described
Heavy at 11.31 pounds

Performance notes

A foot pedal opens the lid so both hands stay free, and the large capacity limits how often it is emptied. The listing gives no odor sealing figures, so control of smell is not described.
