Overview
Soft chews for dogs formulated to freshen breath using spirulina, parsley and mushroom extract, chicken liver flavored, 60 count bag from FoodScience LLC's Pet Naturals line, sized for small to large dogs.
Bad breath in dogs usually traces back to plaque buildup or digestive issues rather than diet alone, and this formula pairs breath-focused herbs with a chicken liver flavor meant to make daily chewing routine rather than a fight. It is a maintenance chew, not a dental cleaning treatment, so it works alongside brushing rather than replacing it.
- 60 soft chews per bag
- Spirulina, parsley and mushroom extract blend
- Chicken liver flavor
- BPA-free
Who it's for
Suits owners of small to large dogs who want an easy daily chew to help with breath odor between brushings. Not a fit for owners looking for a tartar-scraping dental chew or a treatment for underlying dental disease.
Pros and cons
- Chicken liver flavor for easy daily acceptance
- Sized for small through large dogs
- 60 count bag lasts about two months at one per day
- Targets breath odor, not tartar or plaque removal
Performance notes
The chews combine spirulina, parsley and mushroom extract, ingredients commonly used for their odor-neutralizing rather than abrasive-cleaning effect, so they address breath odor from the inside rather than scraping plaque off teeth. Digestive health is listed among the benefits, which points to breath support tied to gut balance rather than mechanical brushing action.
