Overview
A no-rinse foaming mousse cat shampoo in Strawberry Patch scent, formulated without detergent or alcohol for cats with sensitive skin, applied dry rather than washed off with water.
Waterless mousse shampoos exist for cats specifically because most cats resist a full water bath, and this one pairs a no-rinse format with a detergent-free, alcohol-free ingredient list aimed at sensitive skin. Zero recorded purchases in the past month suggests current demand on this listing is thin, so treat the popularity signal, not the formula, as the caveat here.
- 8 oz / 240 ml foaming mousse
- No-rinse, waterless application
- Detergent-free and alcohol-free
- Strawberry Patch scent
Who it's for
Suits cat owners who need to clean a cat without a bath, including cats that tolerate grooming poorly or senior cats that shouldn't be wetted down. Not a substitute for a full bath when a cat needs deep cleaning of a heavy coat.
Pros and cons
- No-rinse format suits bath-averse cats
- Detergent and alcohol free
- Made in USA
- Not built for deep or heavy soil cleaning
- Recent purchase volume on this listing is low
Performance notes
Being detergent-free and alcohol-free matters most for cats, since both ingredient classes are common triggers for dry, flaky or reactive skin, and the mousse format lets it be worked in and towel-buffed rather than rinsed, which is gentler for cats sensitive to handling.
